Developing a High-Trust Organization
Local bank wanted growth and chairman needed a culture to support growth, reduce turn over and build trust.
Conducted customer and employee research to define the gaps between the bank’s current culture and the desired one. Then created an action plan to close the gap.
Less than two years later the bank was named as a finalist in the Tulsa Business Journal’s Employees’ Choice category of Tulsa’s Best Places to Work. Follow-up employee focus groups showed a marked improvement in attitudes and level of engagement, turn-over rate is down, and the bank swept all financial categories in the local paper’s Best Survey – winning for best bank, best banker, best financial advisor and best loan company.
