Coming Out of Bankruptcy

The company was scheduled to come out of bankruptcy and needed new marketing materials for all divisions of the company within 60 days.

The Solution

To build trust and show transparency, all materials clearly communicated the new structure of the organization, the commitment to stable growth and dedication to client service. The graphic design reflected the new conservative approach to business and strived to build credibility with the diverse audience – bankers, customers, press and employees.


Since coming out of bankruptcy, the company is now listed on the NASDAQ and they have begun construction of additional crude oil storage to handle increased capacity from customers.
