Explore a brand refresh for The McIntosh Group, a Tulsa-based architecture firm, and help them articulate their expertise so potential clients could understand the value they delivered.

The Solution

Conducted client interviews to discover the true brand differentiation for this firm then developed the brand message and visuals to reflect it. Of course, as a firm that has a specialty in ADA, the website is mobile friendly and ADA compliant.


After the new website launched, traffic doubled in eight months, with the average session nearly quadrupling and the bounce rate decreasing by 35.7 percent. Lanny McIntosh, CEO, says the staff now speaks consistently to potential clients about who they are and what they do.
